 In the waiting room at my doctor's office there was a bulletin board with some health tips for the holidays.  There were several lists, I copied down the list below which not only applies to the holidays, but to everyday life.  Here are five things we can do to help lift our mood.

There were several lists, I copied down the list below which not only applies to the holidays, but to everyday life.  Here are five things we can do to help lift our mood.1. List 5 things you enjoy
2. Consider 5 things that make you thankful
3. Get up and walk - fresh air & sunshine release hormones that lift our mood.
4. Do something nice for someone.
5. Take time to do something you enjoy.
